Matthew 25:35-36 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
I was hungry and you gave me food:
*feeding the homeless once a month
*collecting canned goods and other non-
perishables for Eastern Area Christian Ministries



(EACM)
*working onsite at EACM
*making nutritious “snack bags” for the hungry in
our neighborhood
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink:
*raising funds for clean water-deprived areas of
the world
I was a stranger and you welcomed me:
*providing fresh-baked goods once a month for
the participants in Narcotics Anonymous meetings
at the church
I was naked and you gave me clothing:
*collecting new and used clothing for EACM
I was sick and you took care of me:
*making preemie caps and baby blankets/quilts
for Children’s Hospital, prayer blankets and
shawls for those suffering from illness
I was in prison and you visited me:
*participating in Kairos, a prison ministry retreat
that takes place over the course of a long weekend
